OLUFEMI OGUNGBAYI
Femi is a retired, seasoned risk manager with over three decades of experience across the Nigerian financial services sector and the United Kingdom. His extensive career has equipped him with deep expertise in onshore and offshore banking, financial risk management, corporate governance, and strategic business development. He has held key roles in various financial institutions, where he led teams and initiatives that have driven organizational growth and reinforced operational resilience in complex regulatory environments.
Currently, Femi serves on the Board of Trustees for the Okapi Children Cancer Foundation, where he provides strategic advisory support, leveraging his financial acumen to ensure effective governance and sustainable growth for the organization. His dedication to philanthropy aligns with his family’s legacy of service, and as the eldest brother of Tunde (Okapi), he remains actively engaged in advancing the foundation’s mission to improve childhood cancer care in Nigeria.
