At Okapi Children Cancer Foundation (OCCF), our core mission is to raise awareness about childhood cancer, especially in underserved and grassroots communities. Since launching our community awareness campaigns in 2023, we have directly reached and educated over 800 individuals across 3 communities.

Our outreach efforts go beyond awareness. Through strategic partnerships, we also provide essential health services during these campaigns—including free medical and mental health check-ups, as well as access to medications.

This initiative is designed to promote early detection and timely intervention, while also dispelling myths and misconceptions surrounding childhood cancer in our communities.
