She has a PhD in Counselling Psychology from Prowess University. USA, an Advanced M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and Hypnosis and an M.Sc. Psychology from the University of Coventry, UK. She is trained in ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) with expertise in various clinical populations and diagnoses. She has specialised certifications in Trauma Focused Therapy for families, children, and individuals, Emotional Wellness Therapy and Grief therapy. Dr. Olokpo has a postgraduate diploma in human resource management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management UK and over 20 years of experience in HR and consultancy.

She possesses an Advanced Diploma in Youth Counselling from the Institute of Counselling, Scotland. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Coaching

and Mentoring Nigeria and the Institute of Arts Management and Professionals, also a member of the Counselling Association of Nigeria, the British Psychological Society, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK, the Association for Child and Adolescent UK, the Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy in Nigeria, and the Institute of Counselling Group Scotland.

Dr. Olokpo is married with 3 Children.
